The Documentation Centre and Library of the Denmark-based DIGNITY holds the world's most extensive special collection of published documents on torture and related subjects. In addition to books, reports, and articles the library holds a large collection of pictures and video materials.

The library is open to the public. Remote users are welcome to contact the library with requests for literature and information. Loan of books from the collection is limited, but the library is willing to assist users by providing photocopies of articles, reports etc., within the framework of existing copyright regulations. The library's services are free of charge.
