We develop indicators on torture victims’ right to rehabilitation to facilitate dialogue with States on how to improve support to victims.

In partnership with the International Center for Health and Human Rights (ICHHR), we work with individual IRCT members to develop national indicator frameworks, identify key performance indicators and monitor the State's performance.

The national indicators are based on a global indicator framework developed by ICHHR through decades of research and practical experience with rehabilitation to torture survivors.
